Adam started talking to himself at 14-years-old and decided it was probably a good idea to put this unique skill to good use.

Gaining a passion for radio at his school radio station, he soon managed to get through the door at his local commercial station.

Throughout his years of presenting mid-morning and drive-time shows to the people of the South Coast, he decided that it was time to move on to something new and found himself broadcasting to the British Forces, hosting a leading breakfast show across Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium – later washing up in Cyprus. Nowadays you’ll hear him updating you with the latest news on Capital, Heart, Nation and Greatest Hits Radio.

Aside from radio, Adam is a keen sailor and an occasional actor. If he isn’t on stage he can usually be found on the water – and at times in the water too. He is also partial to the odd Tom Hanks film. If not in front of the box, he will probably be eating yet another oversized bowl of Weetabix.
